Excellent location , nice staff speaking English, clean room. Very good cappucino.
Very small room, with very small shower. The breakfast not very impressive. Lack of the information of any available local events.
The staff was vey helpfulf and the price was reasonable
Hotel staff is very nice. He help us everything, such as recommend good place tourist must visit, good local restaurant, and how to go to the airport. Room is fantastic. Location is very close to train station. Everything is so good, we strongly recommend this hotel.
Only one thing we did not like, this hotel has no elevator and we stay on the highest floor.
We have best time in Venice. Hotel is on best location, near station, 10 minutes to Realto and 20 minutes to St. Marco. It`s a very romantic style of room. The Breakfest was good, stuff in hotel was very nice and helpfull for all information about Venice.
Close to the train station and all the sights. Good place to stay and free wifi.
Hotel in a great location, we had a very small room at the top of the hotel, but it had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and lovely towels. The Staff were so helpful. There was air con and free use of a safe in your room. Breakfast served in a small room, but adequate, cereal, bread, coffee etc. There is a great food market right outside the door and lots of places to eat and drink. This was our first visit to Venice and we loved it, we would stay at this Hotel again and would recommend it.
Location was good.
Room was tiny, stairs to 3rd floor, bathroom was tiny, not closet, nothing but bread for breakfast
The location of the hotel is very nice, right at a vibrant part of Venice, restaurants and bars closeby. At the same time the rooms are very quite and we had a wonderfull peacefull sleep! Our room had good dimensions. The bathroom was small but clean and modern. We have no complaints about the staff. We could leave our luggage for a whole day at the lobby even if we already checked out!
The breakfast was 'not to wright home about' (as we say in Belgium). Only the croissant was nice; but the bread and coffee not. Just go out and by some pastry and a cappuchino! You won't get dissapointed! It might be a bit overpriced, but I guess you pay for the location. This hotel is not for very tall, heavy weighted or handicapped people; tough stairs, small bathroom.
The hotel was located close to the railway station and within good distance of major attractions. The staff was polite.
The room was too small and the breakfast not that good. Low value for money, but I guess it's typical for Venice.
The guy on the reception is really friendly. By some stupid reasons he tried to ask me for Booked.net voucher (?), but this was the only one exception. Breakfast is not reach as everywhere in Italy, but good.
I've got one day with hard rain in Venice. But in the room the only one device can help you to dry the clothes and shoes - hair dryer. No heater even in the bathroom. It is Ok for sunny days, but not when you completely wet after rain...
central location, 10 min walk to the train/bus station, 25 min walk to Piazza San Marco, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby; rooms cleaned everyday, suprisingly breafast included contrary to the description
room (no.31) facing the street so very noisy at night and opening directly into the breakfast area (a chair literally blocking the room door)so we were woken up in the morning by people having breakfast. very small bathroom, tiny showers
Spotless. Fantastic location, great views of street from windows- a taste of real Venice
A bit old style, not good buffet for breakfast, rooms not completely as in the pictures.
the staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was lovely, we stayed in the attic room next door and had a lot of space for the two of us. We thought the location was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.
very well presented and services was excellent
Would love to have facilities in the to make your own holt drink whenevey you feel one.
